• Responsible for understanding the requirement and perform an initial assessment of problem statement & gathering information about the existing process and business.

NB: The requirement usually involves moving the traditional databases of Openreach to GCP.

• Discussing the solution options with pros and cons of each and choosing the best solution for design after discussing with the data architects, components and platform architects.
• Creating high level design document, getting the necessary architectural compliance and data security approvals done.
• Conducting design walkthroughs with the stakeholders and the component teams involved.
• Review the test cases with the e2e test team. Supporting the delivery of the solution till the time its deployed in live.
• Helping the product owner creating product backlog and prioritizing the requirements.
• Conducting release retrospective with the team members and conduct peer to peer reviews.

• Provide E2E OSS solutions for new business requirements impacting cross products of Openreach.
• Engage with stake holders on a regular basis and understand the requirement.
• Support Feasibility and Investigation Analysis.
• Provide various alternatives with pros and cons as part of solution.
• Conduct design calls with component designers and stakeholders to come up with a detailed high level solution.
• Produce detailed e2e high level solution design document on Confluence ensuring requirement traceability.
• Review component design documents/LLDs and provide sign off.
• Achieve architectural conformance and complete ACF by coming up with design collateral.
• Attend workshops and status update calls.
• Conducting design walkthrough call with the design leads, stakeholders, e2e test team and component designers.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly status reports to the client and TCS management teams of the work done by our design team showing the productivity and performance.

• Provide E2E OSS solutions for new business requirements.
• Support Feasibility and Investigation Analysis.
• Provide an E2E System Design for the delta changes.
• Provide System Requirements (OSS Systems, Networks’ ICDs).
• Produce detailed low level design on Wiki, design documentation.
• Review and ensure architectural compliance of delivered design.
• Ensure Requirement Traceability.
• Achieve architectural conformance and complete ACF by coming up with design collateral.
• Support delivery on design delivery and plans
• Attend workshops and status update calls.
• Complete the E2E design by ensuring component adheres to the requirement.
• Provide Pre-sales support and RFP
• Review and ensure architectural compliance of delivered design.
• Engage with stake holders on a constant basis and understand the requirement.
• Provide various alternatives with pros and cons as part of solution.
• Engage with components and process designers for a quality solution.

• Understanding and evaluating the business requirements of the customer.
• Arranging CA/CFT calls on the solution stories assigned with the telecom architects, process designers, network designers and analyzing the impact on our platform components.
• Discussing the requirement with the component designers and understand the requirements in a better way.
• Preparing the HLD, getting it reviewed from peers and platform architects and updating the issues on issue tracker.
• Updating the acceptance criteria on STORM for the platform stories.
• Arranging walkthroughs with the development and testing teams to give them an overview of the requirements and to understand the impact in a better way.
• Providing design support to all the teams (development and testing) throughout the sprint.
• Providing design support for the live issues.

• Leading an e2e test team of size 3.
• Understanding and evaluating the business requirements of the customer.
• Enabling regression test automation and handle the process of estimation for new requirements.
• Preparing test strategy, test plan, writing and executing test cases, and traceability metrics.
• Reviewing test cases and test plans.
• Enable activities towards usage of technical skills/knowledge to perform a broad range of Regression testing after every bug fixing.
• Ensure execution of test is correctly recorded.
• Defect management till the defect closure.
• Enable preparation of test summary report.
• Mentor new joiners and ensuring team members have adequate functional knowledge of the implementation and guide team to deliver the same.

• Thoroughly understanding the customer requirements.
• Mentioning the doubts in the query register.
• Preparation of the HLD, LLD documents in context of LOB and customer requirements.
• Preparation of unit, integration and system test plan documents.
• Coding or making the changes as per the LLD.
• Test databuild and test execution as par Test Specification.
• Preparation of the build and the Release note.
• Following Agile methodology of SDLC.
