• Workflows and workflow scheme analysis like making a common Master workflow that has mostly used statuses in the project and mapping this Master workflow to 750+ projects using Script Runner.
• Configuration changes like Permission scheme, Notification scheme and Priority schemes have been mapped to the projects using Script Runner. Batched the migration projects according to their activity and issue count for the migration process.
• Used POSTMAN for REST API calls to associate new Issue type scheme to the migration projects.
• For Service management projects, we exported the projects issue dividing them into batches using jql queries and imported in the target system using External system import option and mapped the custom and system fields according to the projects data and using a saved configuration file.
