Analyst specializes in Implementation, support and maintenance of Electronic Health Record system.
Radix tool- collection of data as per the requirement, helps tracking the build progress, supervising the activities for the Implementation.
Comparison of the census before and after the Implementation to analyze the usage.
Monitor patient data on the tool for detection and prevention of infections that occur in the organization adhering to NHSN and CDC guidelines.
Work on gathering the requirements with the Clinical stakeholders, participate in build, testing and Implementation.
Work on new system updates and upgrades, work on break fix documentation in ticket based workorder system.
Configuring, maintaining and optimizing the application to provide secure online access of health records to patients.
Identifying areas of improvement and work on respective build to increase patient engagement. Worked on build which enables patients to schedule appointments on their own, send messages, receive mails etc.
Help patients and other end users with the queries and assistance as needed.
Supporting and maintaining the system which allows external users to have access to limited patient information.
Configuration of the system settings to include user access and data sharing.
Worked on the build to receive patient's details like labs, Imaging results from external organizations and to send Continuity Care Documents to state registries.
