Patient Support Analytics:

• Worked closely with analytics wing of patient support team by developing and maintaining various reports and dashboards related to Web Analytics, Call center Analytics, Forecasting and overall patient journey which enabled to with data driven decisions.

Reporting :

• Created a structured Product journey report by using Alteryx and Qliksense. Defined various KPIs to visualize complex market data set, aiding the Regional stakeholders to understand the growth trend of product and design Kicker Components accordingly.
• Developed various integrated applications through Power app platform, using common data source tools like Sharepoint, Excel and One drive which served as data collection and validation tool, creating one true source of information.

Business Management :

• Worked closely with Manager to develop case study on IC Simulator tool and pitched advantages of it same to clients from various regions, creating a revenue of $15,000.
