- Work on job failures with business and resolve them to maintain SLA time for the batch.
- Monitoring batches like Claims, PMS, RS3, Print and Multi batch runs round the clock.
- Work on different Ad-hoc service now requests like running job from override library, Lunch rate, demanding job with or without triggers, Hold requests, cancel requests, FTP file transfers, Copy HUB tasks, Restoring/ Archiving Data sets, GDG version creations, decommission tasks, investigation tasks, etc.

- Generate SLA reports and prepare Right On Track documents internally in team.
- Host daily stand-ups to discuss day in and day out responsibilities with clients.
- Deliver training to new team members and act as POC to business as well.
