• I have successfully led key initiatives Like the OMNI STABILIZATION , AOG Migration on the new OMNI 7.5 Platform.These projects required not only technical expertise but also strong leadership and decision-making skills , particularly in the client facing situations.
• Modified and developed scripts to meet client requirements in the retirement services domain.
• Analyzed existing code, including improved system performance , increased client satisfaction and streamlined operations.
• Collaborated with business system analysis teams to understand the requirements for new change control requests.
• Implemented and deployed code changes in the production environment and led a team of 5 members, overseeing their work and providing direction to ensure project success and high-quality outcomes.
• Utilized tools including Cobol,Omni (versions 6.05, 7.2, 7.5), Reflection and WinSCP to support project objectives.

Project : Morgan Stanley Project (Mutual Fund)

• Worked as senior mainframe Tech lead involved in migration project where E*TRADE account and process are merging with Morgan Stanley existing system.
• Mentored junior consultants, helping them enhance their skills and contribute more effectively to projects.
• Prioritized projects and project tasks depending upon key milestones and deadline dates.
• Troubleshot issues by understanding issue, diagnosing root cause and coming up with effective solutions.

Project Name: Voya OMNI Retirement Services

Client: VOYA Financial, Retirement services

• As a Application Development team lead in Generic Peripheral Team I am responsible for requirements walkthrough, design, effort estimation, task assignments, resource utilization, status tracking, code build, testing, implementation, post production planning, defect tracking and Status reporting.
• Lead the development team and took the delivery responsibility for critical projects like Omni Plan Install implementation from EASE to LMP ,Future Advice, Tranbuilder,Select Advantage,Extract and Fastpath Changes for New client Onboarding In Omni 7.1 platform.
• Worked in multiple critical Projects like Platform migration, LMP, Clients Consolidation , Omni Version upgrade Projects
• Milestone Projects : Omni 7.1 Platform Optimization. 5.2 Omni version upgrade to 7.1 Omni,Omni 5.5 to Omni 7.4 Migration.
• Tools Used:
  Utilized Micro Focus COBOL, Unix, Shell Scripting, Tivoli Workload Scheduler, ServiceNow, and OmniScript.

Project Name: Citibank Brazil GRB and Brazil Cards Maintenance and support project

Brazil cards mainframe system comprises of 5 systems

• Credit Card Satellite systems,Credit Card Payments systems,Credit Card Insurance systems,Citi Capitalization of Credit card,Third Party Commission payment system
• Significantly involved in managing Data Mapping sessions with stakeholders and regular conversation with business SME’s regarding functional, technical, parameter, environment & interface aspects of Cards Migration during complex requirement.
• Significantly involved in review requirements ,providing multiple solutions and identify the best choice solutions using factors including estimation, simplicity-complexity of solution and fit into the overall architecture.
• Significantly involved in executing the enhancements of the programs and monitoring with timely resolution of production batch issues.
• Significantly involved in the weekly and monthly Production change management procedures by reviewing and testing those changes in Prod like environment.

Project Name: PB Trust Account Consolidation (PB)

Client : JP Morgan Chase

• Leading STATEMENT Team of OMNI Accounting system responsible for monitoring trading activities of Private Banking Clients and generate Monthly, quarterly, Half Yearly and Yearly Statements for those clients .
• Application maintenance activities include large and small changes/enhancements to the system, production support, and daily and weekly status update for the client, regular client interaction and delivery schedule tracking
• Successfully led project to convert backend VSAM datasets to DB2 tables as first step towards modernization of legacy application.
• Worked on designing and setting up of newly converted DB2 tables for periodic backup, weekly reorg and performance monitoring using various DB2Utilities.
• Tuned and optimized many COBOL-DB2 programs running in Night batch daily using various performance monitoring tools like Strobe, CA Platinum.
