 Shamrock Foods Company is one of the nation’s leading foodservice distributors with a strong presence in the western United States. It primarily serves restaurants, healthcare facilities, and hospitality customers by providing everyday staples such as meat, produce, dry goods, beverages, and supplies, as well as ethnic foods and other specialty foods. They need to show the production, Quality and Error reports of every auditor working on their plans by creating various customized and interactive Reports and Dashboards in Power BI.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Some of them include Freshsales, Freshdesk, Freshchat, Freshservice, Freshmarketer. This Project aims to enhance the efficiency and functionality of the CRM suite by transitioning metric tables from Power BI models to the ETL layer. This project focuses on the integration of Freshsales Classic and Freshmarketer into the unified Freshsales Suite, bringing about significant changes in business processes and engagement models. This involves Migration of the database platform from Snowflake to Databricks with Increased data refresh frequency. The project aims to address the need for a consolidated view of data, uniform metric definitions, identification of new and expansion business, backend data support, and ad-hoc analysis support for various teams including BDMs, AEs, AMs, CSMs, and SEs. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

Proficient in developing Power BI reports from scratch, ensuring data accuracy, and meeting project requirements. Expertise in modelling changes, establishing relationships between tables, and creating measures essential for comprehensive and insightful reports. Prediction of RTM for daily power energy forecast using different ml algorithms. This RTM forecast is used for the bidding of the power in different states of India based on the requirement. Prediction was done with the help of historical data.
