Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in shipment processing for Germany
  Imports, Auditing invoices and providing appropriate solutions based on audits
• Leveraging SAS requirements manual for manifesting the shipments.
• Processing daily shipment data to DHL systems.
• Providing Customs department with the DHL shipment details for further delivery processing.
• Application support.
• Taking lead to control flow of work with the team.

Process: Freight Bill Auditing

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Identify incidents / Gaps in Post payment of freight invoices paid to freight forwarders / Carriers where there have been overcharges / under charges due to service failures, gaps and mismatch in Contractual terms and conditions, errors in the shipping process and errors in Invoice or shipping documents.
• Review, validate and audit the freight carrier's invoices post payment and report various gaps and errors.
• Report all the Dispute invoices to Apple Inc on Daily/ weekly /Monthly basis.
• Perform Root cause analysis for disputes and provide process improvement ideas.
• Co-ordinate and work with Apple for Claim Recovery of any overcharges.
• Supported Apple Inc to develop a sophisticated audit tool dashboard which surface all the potential claims.
