Project Description: Smart CRM is a product of Advent Global. It is Customer Relationship Management Web application in which customers can rise complaints and their complaints were resolved by Service engineers. Employees can rise their travel expenses and get them approved. Sales management, Visit Management, Service Management, Billing Management and Travel Expense Report Management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyze the Business Requirements and Prepare Test Plan documents by defining test strategy, assumption, scope and Schedule. 

• Creating automated test cases for the Manual test cases using TOSCA Tool 

• Manage test data in excel, which is used as test data sheet for test execution with TOSCA tool. 

• Setup TOSCA Test Case library. • Create and enhance existing automation script by adding reusable scripts. 

• Create TOSCA Test Case Design and generate test cases based on workflow. 

• Involved in Scanning of Modules, creation of test case Design, executing execution list. 

• Used Agile methodologies to aid team delivery of effective, quality software solutions. 

• Responsible for managing overall testing activities and mentor the team during testing. 

• Assist and resolve queries from across the automation test team. 

• Attend daily Scrum and Retrospective calls

Roles and Responsibilities: 

• Analyzing the Requirements from the client. 

• Design and Execution of the Test Scenarios, Test Cases and mapping Business Requirements with them.

• Also worked on performance testing of website using JMeter tool. 

• Developed & executed performance tests script on zeebiz.com website analyzing response times of the various pages and systems.
