· Generating, reviewing, and reporting overall progress of projects to stakeholders/senior management.

· Coordinating with vertical heads (Operations, Design, SCM, Legal, Sales) for smooth rollout of houses and planning new houses.

· Negotiating and approving contracts and service level agreements; managing contracts and monitoring provision of service to ensure compliance with contracts and service arrangements.

Coordinating with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects

• · Rolled-out 25+ SAMSUNG exclusive & 100+ non-exclusive brand stores in Telangana & Andhra Pradesh region with Interiors & GSB. Responsible for maintenance of stores post-handover to sales/dealer.
• · Store management through L1, L2 & L3 ticketing system.
• · Resolved store issues within defined SLA through external agencies & vendors.
• · Reported daily, weekly, and monthly project milestones report to the Zonal Manager and fixtures & GSB issues post store completion and handover to dealers.
• · Coordinated with HO for Purchase Orders and payment releases related to vendors and new store layouts release.
• Synchronized with dealers for completing civil work: false ceiling, electrical works, A.C, flooring, and so on in prescribed timelines

• · Entrusted for organization's operations, procurement, and vendor management (vendor selection, price negotiation & finalization, contact compliance, release of Purchase Order/Work Order, relations, approval of appropriate unpaid invoices)

• · Rolling out new ATMs & offices as per client requirement and within budget & timeline. Responsible for repairs & maintenance of ATMs (over 300 ATMs in the south zone) and 100 branches.
