MR44NA is a WA FR1 4 T/R TDD product supporting LTE and NR, covering: Part of band 40, TDD: 2350 MHz to 2390 MHz. O/P power of 4 x 40W. Xilinx Zynq RF Soc XCUZU67 FPGA handles the traffic with support of on board 16 GB DDR4 and communicating with DU over SFP28
Responsibilities:
● Lead for Base band hardware team.
● Design study for Xilinx RF Soc ZU67, SFP 28, DDR4, eMMC, QSPI and AISG.
● Component selection and Schematic capture for Baseband sections of Xilinx RF Soc ZU67, SFP 28, DDR4, eMMC, QSPI and AISG.
● Working and Co-ordinating with design teams of Power and RF team to integrate and create single schematic.
● Integrating schematics & BOM review, BOM optimization.
● Handling customer deliverables Schematic, BOM
● DVT test report preparation, including functional test cases, testing of Signal integrity, and Timing.

● Discovery phase in which identifying different controllers from different manufacturers as per the requirement.
● Identifying the availability, longevity and lead times.
●Working with CAD team for SCH and Layout updates.
