jurisdictions like Europe, Singapore, and North America. - Created different jobs for each load type like full refresh i.e., truncate & load, Incremental, daily snapshots
i.e., truncating and storing only current snapshot of data. - Wrote UNIX shell wrapper scripts to invoke ETL batch jobs.
- Ensured the end-to-end production batch, which is replicated in DEV & QA are being triggered and
completed as expected without any data quality issues. - Developed datastage jobs to handle IBM datastage bug where data is loaded partially into Greenplum
database. This job will validate count between staging GP and target GP after each load and fails the
process in case of inconsistency in record count. IBM yet to provide solution/patch for this bug. - Implemented ETL batch end of day recon mechanism to ensure data count between source & target is
matching. - Re-written greenplum-based code (function’s) into ETL job transformation for trade transaction & position
loads. - Created multi-instance ETL jobs to copy data from production to DR database.
- Wrote Oracle stored procedures to validate end of day Ingestion clearance flag, since the ask is to pull data
from Oracle only after Ingestion clearance. - Updating the DEV & QA shakeout test results with Client in daily status calls.
