• Implemented ServiceNow ITSM solution for Health Services client to improve IT services management and user experience
• Designed and developed custom ServiceNow tables with ACLs, UI elements (buttons, scripts), and integrations
• Implemented complex catalog items with client scripts, UI policies, workflows, and integrations
• Configured reports, dashboards, email notifications, surveys, and scheduled jobs for automated tasks and user communication
• Configured flow for catalog items and configured approvals, and SC task creation for flow
• Managed knowledge base creation and configuration based on user stories
• Developed fix scripts for data cleansing and record management
• Created scheduled jobs to deliver weekly reports on closed incidents and service records, streamlining data access

• Designing and development of catalog Designer based on Functional Specification Document (FSD)
• Configured user criteria to make catalog item available for specific users.
• Configured and defined workflow for order types like create, modify, delete, display, cancel, query.
• Analyzed and validated customer data to meet migration requirements.
