Burnout among Anesthesiologists: A Survey on Prevalence
Contributing Factors and Coping Strategies (Tejaswini Rao Jujjavarapu, Sri Archana Rapaka, Sree Ramya Konda): Malla Reddy Medical College for Women – Research Department
Carried out a hospital-based cross-sectional study to assess the prevalence and contributing factors of burnout among anaesthesiologists using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Investigated emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment among 200+ practicing professionals. Data analysis revealed high levels of work-related stress due to long hours, patient load, and lack of administrative support.
