Carried out a hospital-based cross-sectional study to assess the prevalence and contributing factors of burnout among anaesthesiologists using the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI). Investigated emotional exhaustion, depersonalization, and reduced personal accomplishment among 200+ practicing professionals. Data analysis revealed high levels of work-related stress due to long hours, patient load, and lack of administrative support. The study emphasized the need for institutional interventions and mental health resources for healthcare providers. Published in the Journal of Research in Industrial Application, 2024.
