Projects Involved:

• Hospital & Banking firm client involved with 20+ Team size of Citrix in XenApp desktop on user published applications and desktops infrastructure.
• Incident and Change management with SERVICENOW ticketing tool as daily activities also on Citrix Director, SCOM Monitoring tools.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the delivery of the Technology support service for XenApp 6.5, Windows server 2008.
• Creating Citrix Policies and GPO’s as per client requirement.
• Installing, configuring application, create Citrix profile &publishing applications on XenApp servers.
• Configuring and troubleshooting the print and load managers on XenApp farm.
• Involved in the Migrations of XenApp to 6.5.
• Responsible for Desktop Delivery through XenDesktop.
• Handling escalated Critical Calls.
• Significant experience gathering, creating, documenting and analyzing requirements and creating and executing steps for implementation.
• Ensuring optimum availability of Published applications and servers.
• Troubleshooting Production issues on XenDesktop
• Optimizing user session experience using display settings, HDX technologies and Profile management.
• Working on critical incidents and preparing and maintain technical solution documents like RCA.
• Providing support for Desktop issues.

Role as XenApp Admin:

• Knowledge on implementation experience in Citrix XenApp.
• Identifying Pre-installation Requirements
• Setting up the infrastructure
• Configuring a XenApp Environment
• Managing a XenApp Environment
• Trouble Shooting the application and Environmental Issues related to XenApp

Role as Xendesktop Admin:

• Providing VDI (Virtual desktop infrastructure) end user.
• Managing Xendesktop environment through VMware.
• Configuring VM’s static IP and up gradation VDi’s
• Troubleshooting the end user related to Xendesktop
• Generating Reports for XenApp

Role as VMWare Admin:

• Experience on VMWare V-Sphare.
• Experience in creating Virtual Machines with different OS.
• Experience on managing the VMware Inventory Objects like VMs & Templates & Switches.
• Have some basic networking knowledge.
