• Project New Frontier is Novartis level initiative that aims at uniting growing, and nurturing the DSAI talent base in Novartis Hyderabad. As part of the initiative, developed 4 cohort groups of ~ 110 experts with Translator Capability for Data Science (TCDS). The domain experts learn to “Translate” a business problem into a datascience challenge, check feasibility of solutioning and bridge communications between the business users and Data Science experts. • Built and administered Incentive Compensation operations for ~11 countries from Latin America, Europe and US Regions
