  • Warranty Sales order creation (T code - IW52) Parts which are required for the machine & OEM stock is ordered as per warranty policy.
  • Using other T codes Like ZMMBE, VA03, ZSO_BO, ZWAR_PEN, ZCLAIM_PEN, ZDLR_CLAIM
  • Oversee all interaction with Customer to ensure all service requirements are met and no issues arise, making note of instances that may need improvement.
