Oversee and ensure the efficient and compliant management of the loan portfolio, including identifying and managing credit risks, monitoring loan performance, and implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues

• Developing and implementing audit plans, leading and managing audit teams, ensuring compliance with regulations, assessing risks, and providing insights to senior management for risk mitigation and process improvement

• Oversees the branch's operations, focusing on growing assets under management (AUM) and driving net sales, while also managing staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining strong customer relationships

• Organise the Entrepreneur Development campaigns in the branch jurisdiction etc
• Co-ordinate with District Industrial Centre and other state agencies APIIC, IDC etc
