Description:

Worked as a part of PC/CC BAU DHIC Team. Worked in Agile environment. Worked closely with the Business and UAT team from client side. Performed Data Testing including Data quality check, Real time database
validation. Did testing for newly added facts and dimensions in InfoCenter. Have been recognized and appreciated by Client in a noticeably short span.

Project Role:

Worked as ETL and BI Tester with the following responsibilities:

Validating the data from xCenter databases against DataHub and InfoCenter.
Validating InfoCenter Data with the Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, and BillingCenter UI data.
Testing newly created tables and its business requirements.
Querying Database and performing Data Quality Check and Data Validation.
Ad Hoc Report design using Cognos Analytics v11.
Validating the Reports Data with InfoCenter and Real Time Database.
Checking Various functional and non-functional attributes of SAP BODS generated extracts used by finance teams.

Worked on GW PC/CC and DHIC Production bug testing and enhancements in extracts. Also worked on validation of data across different layers DHIC vs PC/CC Source data.

(NYSE: GWRE), a provider of software products to P/C insurers, today announced that Farm Bureau Insurance has selected Guidewire InsuranceSuite™ as its new platform for rating, underwriting and policy administration, claims management, and billing. The organization also selected Guidewire Client Data Management™ to help it manage customer contact data. Guidewire PartnerConnect™ alliance member, PwC US, has been selected to work with Farm Bureau Insurance on the implementation project.

Farm Bureau Insurance selected InsuranceSuite to help it transform its core systems as well as its business practices as part of a larger business transformation initiative. Another key business driver for the project is Farm Bureau Insurance’s desire to continuously improve its service to customers, including both policyholders and agents.

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Understanding the Requirements and Functional Specifications as per user stories

· Performed Smoke Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Retesting, Regression Testing, System Testing.

· Prepared Test Status Report on daily basis.

· Involved in writing, maintenance, and review of Test Cases (Peer Review).

· Worked in complete STLC (Software Testing Life Cycle) process.

· Direct interaction with client (BA) to discuss issues faced while testing.

Esurance Insurance Services is one of the largest insurance providers in the United States. Their products include Car insurance, Motorcycle insurance, Renters and Home insurance in 40+ status. It has been one of the most successful insurance companies in the country. The Allstate Corporation acquired Esurance to expand its wings to a wider population. Esurance has been able to generate a revenue of over $2 Billion selling its products.

Responsibilities:

● Understanding Business, Functional and System Requirements of the Policy Center & Billing Functionalities.

● Identifying Test scenarios based on Use cases and Modal diagrams that include payment and other functionalities using cards (Credit cards and Debit cards) and other accounts.

● Preparing test details and designing Test cases for identified Test scenarios.

● Observing bugs during different types of testing and reporting to development teams.

● Performing manual testing to check the flow of application functionality.

● Conducting GUI, Functional, Regression, Integration and System Testing on each build.

Description:

Basel II Repository, which are recommendations on banking laws and regulations issued by the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision (BCBS). The purpose of Basel II is to create an international standard that banking regulators can use when creating regulations about how much capital banks need to put aside to guard against the types of credit and operational risks banks face. The Credit data categories are Facilities, Borrowers & Guarantors, Collaterals, Map Credit Finance, & Pool to Facility Map; and finance data categories are Direct & Contingent Exposures, Unused Commitment Exposures, Derivative Exposures and AFS exposures. For Compliance with Basel II Accord (for Credit Risk calculations) Citi Private Bank (CPB) needs to capture information from its various Credit and Finance regional systems (Credit Systems: - Credit Platform-US, & EUROPE; Finance Systems: - Flexcube, Hogan, GL-Canada, Financial Data Store (FDS)-Europe…etc) This captured information is stored in the Global Wealth Management (GWM) repository after batch processing using Autosys. The generated enriched Target Feed is the source for RWA Calculator to calculate minimum capital for each asset class.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Planning and scheduling of testing activities.

● Interacting with the engineering team to understand the Business and functionality.

● Involved in CCB meetings and provides impacted areas for enhancements in the application.
