Secret Manager Migration

• Led migration of sensitive data from GCS/Git to Google Cloud Secret Manager using Terraform.

• Delivered a compliant, scalable, and secure secrets management solution.

Solidatus – Ontology Management and Lineage Tool

• Launched Solidatus at HSBC, enabling enterprise-wide data governance in under 6 months and delivering traceability for 2,000 tables, 80K+ fields, and 20K+ linkages across 45 systems, cutting delivery time by 75%.
• Responsible for end-to-end deployment and support across multiple environments (UAT, OAT, SIT, DEV, TEST, PILOT, PROD).
• Automated infrastructure setup using Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins.
• Managed backups, monitoring, IAM policies, firewall rules, and implemented immutable image strategy with 28-day rebuild cycles and resolved OpComp violations.
• Demonstrated enterprise-wide security and efficiency improvements at HTI Virtual Tech Fest 2020, showcasing the impact of the data lineage tool.

• Data Governance Model for FCTM: Built Python modules and GCP integration (BigQuery) for scalable governance across 30+ countries; delivered reusable frameworks and deployment assets.
• Shell Companies POC: Developed a GUI to visualize shell company indicators such as RAG status, page-wise hits and JSON insights driving cost savings.
• Enveil FHE POC: Set up secure GCE-Dataproc infra with PostgreSQL; generated data and optimized query performance through extensive tuning of cluster and database configurations to balance speed and cost.
• Platform Engineering: Engineered Cloud DNS and SSL certificate management using Terraform and Venafi; streamlined FQDN for Kubeflow, enabling single-cert sharing across domains, built a Jenkins–Ansible pipeline for BigQuery, allowing secure data operations without direct access, installed K8s tools on Jenkins slaves to improve production debugging, created an infra overview pipeline, performed node upgrades, decommissioned idle clusters/disks, resolved OpComp violations, and executed FinServ API tests. Developed a reusable GCR-to-GAR migration pipeline using gcrane, enabling all pods to transition seamlessly with minimal overhead.
• Pipeline Execution: Responsible for smooth execution of batch runs across regions (SG, HK), legal entities, and LoBs including CR management, testing, validations, and successful go-live of AAR launches for CMB and WPB; provided critical ORT weekend support and coordinated with Juniper teams for seamless UCM integration.
