Performing cost comparison analysis of subcontractors versus self-performance to maintain cost controls, reviewing material or subcontractor invoices for approval, reorganizing work schedules and flow to reduce costs and improve efficiency, analyzing and ensuring construction ability and methodology throughout all phases of the project road map. Collaborated with clients and contractors to meet design, quality, timeline and budget expectations. Established and delivered project time, cost and quality objectives while balancing project resources and risks to achieve desired business results. Defining the project management strategy and lead the design and implementation of project management methodology, standards and tools to drive and facilitate the successful delivery of projects. Monitored quantity take offs calculations, cost estimates and delay analysis, client coordination. Produced complex technical and conceptual studies or analysis related to mechanical or construction projects.
