My responsibility is to develop and expand the Hemodialysis Center business across India for the company.

• Supervision and guidance for all phases of project development cycle, including construction, refurbishment, branding, implementation, and initiation.
• Projections of sales, volumes, and profits for year should be presented to the board and regional management, along with accountability for profit and loss of the business.
• Discussion with Government officials on project proposals, implementation, and contract discussions, as well as financial provisioning.
• Control cost per treatment by monitoring the consumption of material during dialysis, stopping pilferage with the help of Senior Technician, and not having extra vegans.
• Explore possibility of setting up Private Hemodialysis centers, in association with Private Hospitals or Stand Alone partnering with local Nephrologists and negotiate on scope, revenue share, and price definition.
• Liaison with legal department for preparation of Contract Documents and negotiate with clients on clauses.
• Site analysis for setting up of Hemodialysis Centre, layout planning, setting up BOQ for renovation.
• Preparations of Proposals for Investment, presentation, solve queries and get approval on Investment for projects from Board of Directors and Regional Management.

Responsible for Clinical Training and Quality for entire B Braun India Dialysis Project. Primarily responsible for implementation and measuring quality activities, driving training activities, improving Quality of treatment and set the organization on uniform path and make B Braun a Pan India Player in providing “Quality Renal Care Services".

Played a key role in setting up the Training and quality department in the organization (AP & Bihar-PPP).

• Acknowledge for presentation of more than 200 clinical and quality audit reports of 57 dialysis center.
• Designed competency-based training & development for employees.
• Responsible for implementation of Quality SOP's as per NABH and ISN standards.
• Responsible for conducting periodic audits in dialysis centers. Monitoring the quality performance V/s the SOP Matrix & suggest corrective measures including the training needs.

· Assessing the training needs through requirement analysis & skill gap analysis.

· Discussion with the management on performance of clinical staff at dialysis center level in terms of management of dialysis patients, their complications, their counseling, clinical outcomes etc.

· Discussion with the management on improvement of manpower skills in terms of complication management, compliance to SOPs, attain desired clinical outcomes, control material consumption, improve behavior with patients, patient and peer relation management etc.

· Technical assessment of clinical staffs through interviews before recruitment.

· Responsible for equipment's installation and working condition assessment and report during new projects implementations.

· Responsible for conducting mock drills and test run at newly established dialysis centers and certify to run dialysis center.

· Played important role in formulating SOPs for dialysis treatments to attain standardization across all centers and achieve clinical outcomes desired by organization.

· Played important role in development of dialysis management software by proving inputs for parameters to be monitored for clinical and non-clinical aspects, report generation and user acceptance test.

· Monitoring performance of water treatment systems across all centers for outcomes as per AAMI and ISO23500 standards.

· Conducting trainers training program.

· Conducting Induction to renal staffs and CME.

Managing two dialysis centers (Gandhi & Osmania) and reporting to the center Head, located in Hyderabad, was my responsibility.

• Analysis of dropout and mortality of patients from daily schedule and monthly basis and report causes.
• Preparation and submission of monthly invoice to hospitals for dialysis treatments performed.
• Planning stock requirement for month and arrange to transport stock from warehouse to dialysis center, analyzing daily consumption through center visits.
• Coordination between Engineers and Dialysis center for maintenance and upkeep of equipment's and machines.
• Monitoring of Claim processes through Aarogyasri web portal and inform center's about pending processes and responsible for realization of billed amount.
• Ensuring smooth functioning of dialysis center and managing day to day operations effectively with coordinating superiors.
• To ensure harmony in dialysis centre through effective, discipline, teamwork and good communication.

Managing all aspects of the dialysis center, including patient care, routine maintenance of reprocessing units, inventory management, and hygiene of the center.

• Followed directions when mixing dialysate and priming dialyzer with saline or heparinized solutions.

• Set up and operated dialysis machines for patients receiving treatment for kidney failure.
