Telecom Business API (TBAPI) is an integration layer between digital channels like ecommerce, eCare and ePOS etc. and TOMS modules like CBM, RBM and etc. TBAPI exposes several API’s such as Sales Order creation, modification of Sales order, fetching the Sales Order Data and Deletion of sales order etc. for the customers.

Description:

Sourcing and Manufacturing End to END (SMEE) is an application that plays crucial role in Global Supply Chain cycle.  It is the go to software application for all the vendor’s/GIS users to raise the orders based on the products demand. Once the Booking order placed, GIS user will login to the system and approve or flag the booking. And they can raise some Sample request to check the quality of the products. Once the vendor deliver sample products again, GIS user do inspection and approve or reject the product.

The Customer Data Master application helps the Apple Company to manage their product details and create agreements, warranties and replacements for the purchased product. This process happens through different web services and these have been developed using Restful architecture involving Mongo DB.

Description:

The eSakura application is a partner management system to monitor, assess and improve the authorized service providers. It is a web application which is used by the Apple Staff and as well as authorized service providers. Apple monitors the quality of service by initiating the assessments to the service providers and gives some benefits to them. Benefits will be given to the service providers based on their total score in the assessment.
