Credit Analyst

• Gathering and reviewing financial statements, credit reports and other relevant data and evaluating credit worthiness and determining appropriate credit limits by evaluating assets, liabilities, income and payment history.
• Performing analysis and evaluation of the financial statement to determine borrower's ability to repay debt.
• Prepare appraisal that include the degree of risk involved in extending credit.
• Evaluate customer records and recommend payment plans based on earnings, saving data, payment history and purchase activity.
• Review all the recommendation and documentation before final determinations are rendered.
• Monitoring and reconciling of all business and working capital loan to determine the course as per the projections.
• Confer with credit association and business representatives to exchange credit information.
• Being instrumental in increasing loan portfolio of the branch by generating leads through referrals of existing customer.
• Evaluate the customer needs and requirements thereby recommend insurance products on risk mitigation of credit coverage.
• Oversee the analysis of other credit officer working on business, SME loan, and schematic loans and train them in the area of deficiency.
• Act as a liaison between customer and HO credit cell in getting the loan sanctioned in the stipulated time.

Credit Monitoring Officer

• Track the performance of the loan portfolio, identifying potential issues and red flags
• Approve or deny loan applications, set credit limits and make decisions on loan renewals and extensions based on risk assessment.
• Prepare reports on credit quality, portfolio performance and potential credit risks.
• Develop and implement strategies to minimize credit losses, such as monitoring accounts and initiating recovery actions.
• Adhere to lending regulations and internal credit policies.
• Track the special mention assets and regularize the payment in such accounts.

Branch Operations

• Handling and making daily decisions regarding cash management, clearing and other banking process.
• Responsible for current account and savings account sales and monitoring of transactions in the same.
• Monitoring and reconciling all the gold loan and payable accounts on daily basis and verifying all the entries.
• Ensuring resource and operational efficiency to meet the banking growth on various MIS.
• Managing, monitoring and resolution of all complaints, investigations and customer’s request that originate in branch.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing superior service delivery and achieving service quality norms.
• Providing training to new employees.
