• This project aimed to maintain and optimize job schedules for various applications within the Automic environment, focusing on creating new jobs and enhancing existing automation processes and Monitoring ETL jobs in the Production environment.

Description: Selfridges, also known as Selfridges & Co., is a chain of upmarket department stores in the United Kingdom that is operated by Selfridges Retail Limited. It was founded by Harry Gordon Selfridge in 1908. The historic Daniel Burnham-designed Selfridges flagship store at 400 Oxford Street in London opened on 15 March 1909 and is the second-largest shop in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Monitored Informatica Powercenter production jobs on a daily basis to ensure smooth operation.
• Resolved production issues by working on JIRA tickets and following up on incidents promptly.
• Provided L1 and L2 support for Informatica Powercenter jobs in the production environment.
• Configured PagerDuty alerts for critical production failures using Automic.
• Involved in integrating the Automic tool with JIRA for automated incident creation related to job failures.
• Involved in a comprehensive 360-degree review of the Automic workflows and prepared improvement recommendations for the client.
• Performed regular system cleanup activities to maintain optimal system health.
• Analyzed recurring job failures and provided improvement recommendations to prevent future issues.
• Resolved P1, P2 Prod incidents within the SLA.
• Communicated with product support teams for Application issues.

Project: My Spend Reporting

Description: My Spend Reporting is an Oracle DataMart that is created to extracting data from COUPA (source system) on daily basis. Using Informatica power center ETL is built to load the DataMart on Oracle and Reports were developed using Power BI.

Description: OPSREP (Operations Reporting) is a data mart created to generate the daily reports. ETL process is done by Using Informatica Power center tool to load the data into Stg layers in Oracle Data Mart.

• Create ETL mappings and run the jobs to load for staging layer
• We get the structured data to process into Staging tables
• Business logics are implemented in ETL Mappings and processed into DWH layer
• Created connected and unconnected Lookup transformations to look up the data from the source and target tables
• Followed the Jira tool to work on Interfaces
• Troubleshooting the Prod issues and fixing on priority
