● Responsible for receiving, checking, validating and entering the customer orders in Client Specific tools.
● Join kickoff calls with the Client and stakeholders to understand the project requirements, analyzes and then allocates orders to the internal team.
● Monitor and track the order throughout the delivery process, secure the required resources for the implementation and trigger the orders for billing.
● Coordinates the implementation activities between the customer and the management, technical support, internal groups, vendors and resources.
