Accomplishments


  • I participate as a CRS Togo MEAL Team Member on Food For Education Project to:
  • Support to the development of the detailed project implementation plan and the coordination of the evaluation studies and the pre-start-up studies of the project activities, support of the design and deployment of the monitoring data collection, data visualization platform, support the conduct of annual data quality assessments; supervision of enumerators; development of the accountability framework and monitoring of the functioning of the feedback mechanism with the communities; planning and supporting the holding of quarterly monitoring and activity planning meetings;
  • On the project to support the reform of secondary schools in Togo, as Area Coordinator, I supported awareness raising activities on the importance of education, gender equity, inclusion, promotion of girls' education and promotion of children's rights. This was done in three different prefectures and in more than 38 cantons and nearly 198 villages in the prefectures of Agou, Haho and Moyen Mono.
    I carried out the capacity building of the different committees on the elaboration of development plans and the follow-up of the construction works of colleges, latrines, playgrounds and wells. This project was financed by the French Development Agency and Plan International.
  • At Delta Corporation as Assistant Manager in charge of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment, I supported the recruitment of staff on the CAMEG Togo Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project, I carried out the administrative and financial follow-up, I elaborated 04 Environmental and Social Management Plans, Protection and Health for the projects: Rehabilitation of CAMEG's Central Store, Construction of the Local of the Civil State of Kelegougan in Togo, Construction of the Tax Collectors' Office at the Akodessewa market in Lome and the rehabilitation project of two rural roads in the Central region of Togo.
  • As a community development facilitator, I have coordinated more than six Plan International projects in Agbandi Township in the Blitta Prefecture. These projects are: WASH and promotion of children's rights through water and environmental health, Community-based rehabilitation, Promotion of children's rights for access to quality education Protect 3, Promotion of access to school for children in preschool and preparatory classes, Access to health and education through inclusive finance and the Access to education project and the project of the support of the Community Developpement Projet Management Approach.
