• In this position is responsible for operation and maintenance of pretreatment and purified water plant generation and distribution system (HMI & SCADA).
• Operation and maintenance of multi distilled columns and pure steam generators.
• Operation and maintenance of vapor compression system.
• HSRO and distribution loop sanitization (Thermal & Chemical) performed as per schedule.
• Water for injection and distribution loop sterilization is performed as per schedule.
• Operation and maintenance of nitrogen systems and air screw compressors.
• Performing all preventive maintenance activities as per schedule.
• Performing descaling activities of multi columns, multi distilled columns, pure steam generation and heat exchangers.
• Involved in project of WFI, pure steam generation, internal piping and its passivation and qualification.
• To ensure up keeping of the equipment, area and daily records.
• To coordinate with the superiors and other related departments for the smooth functioning of the activities.
