  • Currently working for Google's Backup & DR Service.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via various channels (GVC, Remote CLI, chat, etc.) related to Backup & DR Service issues.
  • monitoring the health of our GCE instances using GCP cloud monitoring tools, specifically Stackdriver. By setting up alerts, we can proactively address any potential issues and ensure optimal performance.
