Cloud Automation Project – Custom Quoting to Cash Solution

The Cloud Automation project involved developing a fully customized solution to manage the entire quoting to cash process for a suite of cloud products. This solution was built from the ground up without relying on any managed packages, ensuring a tailored fit for the client's unique requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborated closely with Client Business Analysts (BAs) and Product Owners (POs) to thoroughly understand the requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications
• Collaborated with cross-functional teams within the project
• Applied DevOps practices using GIT, to better integrate disparate efforts within multi-team projects
• Designed and implemented a customized solution to address a complex business requirement for a range of products/services offered by the Client
• Developed a comprehensive five-layered data model, along with dependent custom objects, effectively segregating all the necessary fields and information as per the client's specific needs
• Implemented security model for the data depending on the role of the user
• Implemented the solution using Aura Components/LWC as per requirements
• Worked on REST web-service callouts
• Involved in all stages of SLDS, starting from requirement gathering, development, testing and deployment of the changes.

Carve-out Project – Salesforce System Separation

As part of the client's organizational restructuring, the Carve-out project was initiated to facilitate the separation of systems, modules, functionalities, and data into two distinct entities. I led the Salesforce system separation, collaborating closely with the client to identify and allocate the necessary data and functionalities for each entity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Collaboration: Coordinated with stakeholders to understand and document the specific needs of each entity regarding Salesforce data and functionalities.
• Data Segmentation: Analyzed and segmented data to ensure accurate and efficient separation, maintaining data integrity and security throughout the process.
• Functional Allocation: Identified and mapped out the required Salesforce modules and functionalities for each new entity, ensuring seamless continuity of business processes.
• Documentation: Created comprehensive documentation for the separated systems, including user guides and technical specifications, to support ongoing maintenance and future enhancements.

Promotional Billing Project –

Promotional Billing is a project to enable pormo codes for a wide variety of products when there is a promotional offer or any other sort of offer is running across the chain of retail stores of client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborated with the Billing Team to implement a scheduled batch processing solution for the Promotional Billing application, effectively handling high volumes of data from external systems
• Designed and developed multiple custom solutions, while also enhancing existing processes to improve system functionality
• Wrote comprehensive test classes to ensure high code coverage of Apex classes, ensuring alignment with project requirements and minimizing deviations
• Integrated external systems seamlessly by utilizing REST web services, enabling efficient data exchange and system interoperability.

• Worked as a Java/Cordys BPM Developer for a Water Company in the UK, fulfilling the following roles and responsibilities: Designed and implemented user interfaces, web services, and Business Processes solutions based on project requirements
• Conducted database design and optimization to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval
• Conducted thorough unit testing and load testing of the application to validate performance and functionality
• Addressed defects in both test and production environments, ensuring timely resolution
• Analyzed thread dumps and identified and resolved memory leaks to enhance application stability and performance
• Actively participated in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
