- Worked on Deputation at Ford GTBC, Shozinganallur. Initially built Durability and Crash Models for Electric Powertrain systems, FORD North America.
- Then collaborated with CAD team for ‘Design Verification Planning and Validation’ of the Electric Powertrain System.
- Gained expertize on BEV, FHEV, PHEV & MHEV pack simulations and model building.
- Multi-level modelling of the same Power-train to suit various solvers such as Nastran, Abaqus, Optistruct & LS-Dyna with different levels of detailing was challenging.
