Responsibilities-

• Creating Game plan (Assigning the queues to the reps) for North America Team
• Creating the productivity reports
• Monitoring the queues so that it does not cross the TAT
• Managing the team & informing the team members regarding the TAT so that the target gets completed on time
• Collaborated with team members for enhanced process efficiency and productivity.
• Closely monitoring the violations on Facebook by following the abuse standards of Facebook
• Managing small team as owner on the assigned queues for the day

• In Private Impersonation(PI) team which involves analysis of reports that are reported on Facebook

Responsibilities-

• Analysis of reported profiles using Facebook tools
• Following the protocols of PI to take the decision whether profile should be existing or not on Facebook Platform
• Checking for user authenticity in case users are shielded and proceed further to take actions based on the shielded policies

• Worked with Google Client on Google Game named Ingress Developed by Niantic Labs Project in order to improve Gaming experience using Google maps

Responsible for handling a gamut of tasks like -

• My role is back end support team for a Google Game named Ingress Developed by Niantic Labs
• The key role of the Quality check is to maintain the standard of the game "INGRESS" which lies entirely on the portals being pushed live
• A Quality check access the work done by an operator, evaluates and then research about it through tools provided by the company and take the right decision to give the best experience for players
• Determining the query's intent and whether location context is explicitly specified
• Creating reports of the quality check data on daily basis

• The key role of the operator is to maintain the standard of the game "INGRESS" which lies entirely on the portals being pushed live
• An operator evaluates and then research about user submitted portals through tools and policy sheet provided by the company and take the right decision to give the best experience for players
