Project Title: KAVACHA(LOCO and Stationary)

Clients : RDSO

• Schematic Design and PCB design.
• Design multiple Modules like Input and Output module, power supply module and Power supply module design.
• Review the schematics ,PCB layouts and routing as per EMI/EMC standards.
• Develop and maintains engineering documents to meet Quality System requirements
• Interactions with customer and other internal teams such as software and mechanical engineering, for project management, product validation and manufacturing support.
• Verify the printed circuit boards, Gerber files, electrical/electronic components, connectors, harness preparation etc.
• EMI/EMC compliance testing according international MIL Standards.
• Analyzing requirements, developing detailed hardware specifications, circuit design, analyze worst case conditions, circuit simulation, hardware realization, review PCB, Prototyping coordination, testing of boards, and design validation.
• Unit level integration and validation.

Project Title : CPCI_A1&A4 (Jan 2019-July 2022)

Clients : R&DE,PUNE

• Team Lead electronics design project.
• Develop and maintains engineering documents to meet Quality System requirements.
• circuit analysis ,card level testing and unit level integration testing as per QT/AT documents.
• Create test plans and equipment, implements and monitors test processes, and completes hardware product validations
• Interactions with customer and other internal teams such as software and mechanical engineering, for project management, product validation and manufacturing support.
• Supports new business quotation activities.
• coordinate and planning of project activities for 3-4 engineers.
• Maintain project timelines and schedules and coordinate with Launch Manager to meet target deliverables.
• Job involves analyzing requirements, developing detailed hardware specifications, circuit design, analyze worst case conditions, circuit simulation, hardware realization, review PCB, Prototyping coordination,testing of boards, and design validation.
• Lead and motivate the project team, providing guidance and support.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members, ensuring clarity and alignment with project goals.
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
• Develop project plans outlining objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.

Project Title : KEYPAD INTERFACIING UNIT(Aug 2017-Dec 2018)

Clients : VRDE, Ahmednagar

• Understanding of product requirements.
• Hardware board bring up and testing.
• Issue analysis in case of failures.
• Create test plans and equipment, implements and monitors test processes, and completes hardware product validations.
• Performance check of the test setup.
• Debugging and troubleshooting.
• Work on unit level integration and testing of the multiple level.
• Functional testing and troubleshooting of boards.
• Hardware testing and Environmental testing plannings.
• Involved in EMI/EMC testing as per user standards.

Project Title: MISSILE INTERFACE UNIT(May 2015-Aug 2017)
