2)Performing preventive maintenance (PM) for 3-Phase UPS systems, ensuring optimal performance and preparing detailed service reports for customers.

3) Installing and commissioning 3-Phase UPS systems, coordinating with vendors and customers to ensure successful project completion.

4)Managing Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) and PCB service calls, providing prompt customer support and ensuring timely issue resolution.

5)Recommending and coordinating AC/DC capacitor replacement based on equipment condition, managing the complete process from customer consultation to payment completion.
6) Conducting power audits and battery internal resistance (IR) testing at customer sites to assess system health and improve reliability.

7) Preparing accurate technical service reports and maintenance documentation, ensuring clear communication with customers and internal teams.

8) Coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal departments to schedule installations, maintenance activities, and service deliveries.

9) Identifying potential equipment failures through preventive inspections and recommended proactive maintenance to improve UPS performance and extend equipment lifespan.

10)Ensuring compliance with company service procedures and maintaining effective follow-up on service requests until successful closure.
