• Mergers & Acquisitions : Handled & completely drove Global Acquisitions - Integrated Target (Acquiring company's) Accounts Payable operations into Qualcomm's AP seamlessly to make sure no business continuity is hampered. Exclusively worked with our stakeholder team in San Diego who brought in Acquisitions and earned a good name.
• Invoice Processing : Experience in invoice processing (PO & Non-PO invoices) across Operating units & regions globally.
• Customer Support : Had the privilege of engaging in back site Customer support operations where in I had the onus of dealing with high profile vendors like Samsung, Micron etc and maintaining good business rapport by resolving grievances and extending unwavering support.
• Vendor Management : There was an opportunity to involve in Global vendor onboarding activity which included accessing various vendor forms, onboarding vendors, coordinating with vendors, managing team in streamlining operations within the sub function and optimizing the functionality of the team.
• Travel & Expense : Experienced in Global Qualcomm Travel Policy and their travel reimbursement tool. Provided multiple trainings to acquired employees from acquisitions on Qualcomm T&E policies. Worked on Reimbursement reports & audit of such expenses. Known scenario on P-cards & corporate cards and associated card programs throughout the world.
• Service Excellence : Done couple guest programs as a part of Service Excellence & function improvisation team. Departed mass workshop on various topics as a part of the program to 300+ audience from functions like GL, GA, AP, AR, Tax, Audit, IT etc. Worked closely and reported directly to the GPO (Global process owner) having an under heirarchy of 900+, for this workshop and received multiple accolades for effective communication & presentation.
• Streamlining activity : Worked on streamlining & managing above mentioned functions by creating Operational Workflows in Visio.
• AP Evolution Project : I was an integral part of a huge AP evolution project which spanned for 2+ years & changed the face of Qualcomm AP. Helped teams with workflows in Visio on intented/to-be process after working with EY consultants & 3rd party vendors post understanding their proposals in association with our requirements. helped teams implement the changes by providing sessions.

- Won hundreds on points through various stakeholders (internal & external) on the ThankQ portal of Qualcomm & purchased several commodities through those points.
