• In charge of project budgeting
• Scope includes MEP, Facade & Consultants
• Role starts with onboarding consultants, getting tender documents, finalizing contracts for MEP packages.
• Responsible for onboarding of architects, MEP consultants and other related consultants
• Purchases include both domestic and imported goods
• Understanding contract clauses, liability, warranties, penalties, and dispute resolution. Identifying and mitigating project risks in contract terms.
• Proposing cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Managing supplier contracts, procurement timelines, and delivery schedules.
• Preparing detailed project budget & track expenditures throughout the project lifecycle
• Identify alternative materials and designs to reduce costs

• Reviewing tender from planning & commercial point of view, negotiating and coordinating with client
• Preparation of Tender Documents, Tendering, Participation of technical meetings & review till receiving the order
• Brief analyzing the Client requirements with reference to BOQ, tender specifications & drawings provided for particular project
• Preparation of complete analysis (BOQ quantities vs Site quantities), basic rates for purchase of material
• Rate Analysis, Estimation & Budget preparation
• Negotiating & Finalization of Sub Contractors & issuing the Work Order
• Preparation of Running Account Bills for the Project along with reviewing & approving subcontractor bills as per progress of work at site
