Cigna is one of the largest healthcare Insurance company in the world. Member portal is a healthcare services to a dependent of primary member who turns 18+ via portals and internal admin management. It’s built on Salesforce platform and Vlocity source package integrated with multiple systems. It enables users to obtain services like policy specific support, Claims, Messages, Notifications, Member Management, Search for providers etc. All the processes in envoy are developed with Vlocity/Salesforce/Angular JS and integrated with other systems like ESB, OKTA, PIMS, PAS.

• Implemented Health cloud for building Member portal Application for different region customers.
• Worked on end-to-end functionalities related to Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Omnichannel, Provider-Search and Lightning Component.
• Designed, developed, and deployed Apex Classes, Triggers, and validation rules for various functional needs in the application.
• Best Practices understanding of Coding Standards, Deployment, Apex, VisualForce, Salesforce Integration, Security implementations.
• Developed batch classes, Schedule Apex, HTTP callout, dynamic apex, single e-mail methods, mass e-mail methods, test classes, wrapper classes.
