As the founding team member in sales primary job here was to generated meetings from inbound leads.

• Worked closely with the marketing team to set up integrations that helped me cold call prospects as soon as they hit the website.
• Set up a sequence to reach out to the prospects via multiple channels like email, LinkedIn, text and cold calls.
• Made approx - 40-60 cold calls everyday and maximum number of meetings generated within a week went to 7.
• Took a few demos based when AE wasn't available and closed 2 deals after the 1st demo call itself.

• Created playbook from scratch
• Set up tools for prospecting - SEP, CRM (Freshsales), essential integrations, and reporting.
• Worked on creating sequences for outbound and inbound function - including emails, cold calls scripts, LinkedIn outreach.

• Further promoted to AE, managing both inbound and outbound meetings.
• Core responsibilities: Product demos, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closures.
• Achieved 60%+ of sales quota in the AE role.

• Promoted to Team Lead, managing a team of 5 SDRs.
  Led daily stand-ups, ran cold calling practice sessions, and provided ongoing coaching.
  Owned team performance tracking, reporting, and individual development meetings.
• Successfully implemented new ways of prospecting from greenfield accounts
• Ensured my team met targets and overperform in terms of generating pipeline/meetings when compared to other two teams.
• Successfully implemented a new function - Market Research Team and had promoted one of my team members to head MRE team with the help of Sales Director.
• Worked on individual targets as Team Lead - 3 Qualified meetings a month.
• Got a meeting with Yellow.ai - which later became the biggest customer for Outplay.

• Built Sales Foundation:
  - Created the entire Sales Playbook from scratch to streamline outbound processes.
  - Implemented Account-Based Prospecting strategy to target high-value accounts.
• Tools & Platforms Used:
  - Actively used Outplay (SEP) for sales engagement and outreach.
  - Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot – including report creation, editing, and analytics.
• Sales Development Representative (SDR):
  - Worked as an SDR for 1 year, consistently achieving 70% & above of the sales target.
  - Handled cold outreach, qualification, and hand-off to AEs.
• Conducted market research to identify new business opportunities and target areas for expansion.
• Got the first 3 logos for Outplay in the first 2 months of prospecting
