Project Description:

MFS (Mobile Financial Services) is a financial application that enables different types of transactions for users. The platform supports three types of logins: Customer, Agent, and Merchant. Users can perform seamless transactions such as bill payments, Shop N Go, linking bank accounts, and customer registration. Customers can also scan QR codes to make payments and complete transactions securely.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand and analyze client requirements for test planning and execution.
• Participate in Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and QA Hand-Off Meetings.
• Create high-level and low-level test scenarios based on business requirements.
• Design user scenarios and prepare test data for different transaction flows.
• Perform smoke testing, regression testing, and functional testing to ensure product quality.
• Conduct mobile app testing on Web, iOS, and Android devices.
• Validate QR code scanning functionality for seamless transactions.
• Identify, log, and track defects using OrangeScrum.
• Perform retesting and regression testing to verify bug fixes.
• Prepare and share daily status reports, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and weekly status reports.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to resolve issues and ensure a high-quality release.

Project Description:

YMCA Universal App is a centralized mobile application designed for all YMCA Associations, providing a seamless experience for members. This app eliminates the need for multiple YMCA apps in the app store, offering features such as workout tracking, push notifications, and rewards programs. The goal is to enhance user engagement and streamline fitness and membership management.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Reviewed Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Test Plan, and Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Understood requirement specifications and design documents for effective test planning.
• Interacted with the development team to clarify business and technical requirements.
• Identified test scenarios and prepared test cases based on system requirements.
• Conducted sanity, functional, regression, and system testing to ensure application stability.
• Performed API testing using POSTMAN to validate backend services and integrations.
• Conducted mobile app testing on iOS and Android devices to ensure compatibility and responsiveness.
• Used Azure DevOps for defect reporting and tracking throughout the testing cycle.
• Participated in requirement review meetings and client conference calls.
• Prepared and shared daily and weekly test execution status reports as per company standards.

Project Description:

VTS (Valet Tracking System) provides services by ticketing customers in three ways (i.e. QR, SMS, Physical tickets). Enhance Valet parking experience for transient and monthly parkers. Lower day-to-day operational cost as well as set-up cost of new locations. Support both ticket less and ticket-based transactions by accepting multiple payment types from a single platform. Support events and claims management from an attendant IOS application. Reduce losses in terms of frauds by use of technology and increase revenue by better inventory management and promotions.

• Understanding Requirement Specifications and Design Documents of the application
• Interaction with development team to understand new business and technical requirements
