• HPV Servicing: Updates to the existing mnemonics and points allocation for PAP Smear and HPV as per business rules and checking manual claim uploads process and verifying points allocation when claim rejects and approve
• Planet Fitness VA 25% Change: Adding new compo for Planet Fitness Gym partner and checking complete benefit compo set-up like Benefit eligibility, Activations, Cancellations via different reasons codes, Reinstatements through different reason codes. Checking activations at different times in a month and verifying activation dates as per Business Rules, Performing Role swaps, Branch changes, Partner Integration testing.
• Healthy Food Smart Shopper: Verifying HFSS benefit cancellation when valid member cancels their Vita policy with correct reason codes, description as per BRD’s and Eff_from and Eff_to dates as per request. Verifying reinstate of benefit with correct reason codes and descriptions when member reinstate vita policy and checking HFSS benefit Eff_from, Eff_to dates when member transfers from one policy to another new policy with role changes
• Healthy Dining workflow Fix: Updating Retry step when process fails to complete Capture Purchase step and an entry to DB when workflow process completes Capture Purchase step and goes to cashback process step if applicable and then completes the process. This is to reduce failure / stalled workflow process in production and calls to servicing sector
• Duplication of Healthy Food cashback SMS: Updating Finance Instruction table with 10-digit notification ID instead of NULL to avoid duplicate Healthy Food cashback SMS for Vitality members. This is to avoid customers in receiving duplicate SMS for the same month with different cashback amount which reduces calls to servicing sector of Finance related queries.
• TV Rate update: Updating TV rates for different clubs like Cycling, Running, both Cycling & Running as per financial year updates
• Onboarding New Fitness Network Itensity: Onboarding New fitness network Itensity like OCTIV for members to complete various Online and Facility workouts for members on different Vitality plans to earn points for their valid workouts, which helps them to achieve their goals earn Vitality points towards their status.
• VA Activation through VOA: Activating Vitality Active for eligible health schemes members through Vitality Online Journey and checking activation of eligible benefits after Vitality Active activated successfully.
