Release Management

· Create Jira Epics and track all the user stories for readiness activities that is carried out for Dev and UAT environments.

· Prepare PPT for Prod cutover activities.

· Align the POC for Prod cutover.

· Create AMP window for suppressing alerts during cutover for all the applications or products participating in release.

Change Management

· Review and assess change requests from development and admin teams.

· Chair CRB meetings to review all the code changes scheduled for upcoming weeks.

· Approve Data changes as standard requests.

· Analyze the impact and Risk.

· Review the test results whether the code is tested in lower environments like DEV, SIT and UAT environments before deploying the code in Production.

· Send the communication to required stakeholders in IT channels (Through Yammer and Email)
