• Validating the supported documents like vendor invoice cope, letter head & bank statement.
• Duplicate check in master record.
• Creating vendor through standard On-boarding process in SAP MDG- S
• Logging maintenance/change request On behalf of requester in vendor portal tool (Aravo)
• Adding/updating vendor basic and banking information based on the supported documents provided by the vendor/Requester.
• Extending the vendor from one company code to other company codes.
• Updating the payment terms and payment method of the vendor based on the finance manager approval.

• Part of the enterprise Ariba support team to provide the technical support to Ariba users
• Increasing/decreasing approval limit of the users & finance user admin form and super user access
• Reassign requisition owner (RAU) form, Reassign invoice approval (RIA) form
• Activating and deactivating the users in Ariba
• Adding Business units and roles to the user profile to perform their activities accordingly.
• Helping the users with their supplier status in Aravo tool (Vendor portal tool)
• Resolving queries related to PR/PO Over the call
• Processing utility payments.

• Manages inventory tracking system to record deliveries, shipments and stock levels.
• Evaluates deliveries, shipments and product levels to improve inventory control procedures.
• Analyzes daily product and supply levels to anticipate inventory problems and shortages.
• Manages schedules of employees, deliveries and shipments to optimize operations.
• Communicates with inventory employees to meet business goals and address personnel issues.
• Develops business relationships with suppliers and clients.
• Proposes strategies to reduce costs and improve procedures of supply chain logistics.
• Monitors demand and analyzes data to anticipate future supply and logistical needs.
• Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
• Manages the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.
• Moving stocks required stocks from store to DC as per the (Root cause analysis)RCA

· Creating Requisitions, Invoice re-conciliation, GRIR

· Creating the purchase requisition for different business units

· Reviewing and approving purchasing requisition

· Finding out the status of the purchase order by calling supplier

· Sending the purchase order copy manually

· Checking the availability of stocks

· Placing the order by cross checking the price details between supplier and their requisitioner

· Resolving the invoice mismatch by following up with the account payable department.
