• Working as a Campaign Delivery Associate for Pinterest Optimization Team over last two years. I am responsible for optimizing paid search campaigns based on campaign KPI’s and ad group metrics and provide recommendations for improving performance/pacing.
• Delivered optimization reports on standard, custom, manual templates on SFDC based on client requirement.
   Worked on all kinds of conversion goal (CPA, ROAS) and non-conversion metrics (CPC,CPM,CTR,ER).
  
• Hands on experience on tools like Pinterest Ads manager, Rec center, Wquery, Ad intelligence tool.
• Recommendations and suggestions made on budget management (upsell recommendation) of campaigns, bid, frequency cap, placements and other targeting’s (such as interest, keywords, device, age-bucket, creative/ ads etc.)
• Building the pacing and performance documents for monitoring the campaign delivery and performance.
• Troubleshooting the accounts and providing detailed insights and screenshots to clients to fix if there are bug issues.
  Responsible to optimize overall spends and pacing of assigned accounts.
• Expertise in reporting using G Sheets.
  Responsible to increase the revenue for Pinterest on a quarterly basis by improving the ROIs for all advertisers.

Worked on Phishing and spam project.
● Worked on queue where we crosscheck if the reported mail contains any violations.
● Also we need to detect the suspicious content according to the policy.
● Our aim is to give users 100% genuine sites in our browser including Google Chrome
without phishing and spam content.
● After fetching a URL we compute various features based on URL, host, page content and
the visual appearance of the page. The extracted features will compute whether the
URL is phishing, spam or not.
● We transitioned to 100% role in the content reviewing team.
● Supporting Team members as well as handling multiple process at same time.
● The objective of the workflow is to create a non-abusive gaming environment.
● Checking username whether it qualifies for any policy violation.
