• Facilitate the support of SAP SD – Basic Functions of Master Data, Pricing and Conditions, Output Determination, Customer Service Processing, Foreign Trade/Customs, Billing, Payment Card Processing, Shipping and Transportation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring that project timelines and deliverables are met.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of SD/CS modules by identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Connect with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.

• As a billing analyst I resolve customer concerns using SAP SD module.
• My role includes dealing with Good Movement, Purchasing, Physical Inventory with SAP MM module.
• Issue and distribute invoices to clients and suppliers.
• Handle customer queries through Email.
• Preparation of various reports in SAP that helps RTR team to close the month end activities from their end.
• Maintain and review the company’s account status.
• Process new contracts and sales.
• Collaborate with other departments to make certain the accuracy of the billing process.
• Address customer questions and answer their queries.
• Keep a track of all the transactions and accounts receivables on a daily basis.
• Assist the customers with account reconciliations as part of Accounts Receivable.
• Adhering to Accounting rules and keeping up the SLA.
• Prepare and present analytical reports.
• Support monthly as well as quarterly clean-ups and audits.
• Resolve any mistakes or issues or query.
• Adhere to the accounting policies and principles according to the company terms.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
• Configure key components of SAP SD including:

Order-to-Cash (OTC)

Pricing & Billing

Shipping & Transportation

Credit Management

Sales Orders, Deliveries, Invoicing

• Support integration with MM, FI, WM, and CRM modules
