• Assist customers and partners with hands on technical assistance for demonstrations, trials, and proof of concept(PoC) projects on all Surveillance Installation/Configuration/Integration/Testing/Troubleshooting of Analog and IP CCTV, Access controls, Time Attendance,Smart Interactive White boards, Video Intercom, VMS, Storage NAS, DSS Servers
• Configuring Security Systems and Maintaining the Network Infrastructure
• Configuring Network LAN, WAN through Cables and Wi-Fi Access Points
• Technical Support, Desktop Support for pre/post sales
• Regular Technical Training Events and Workshops to Partners, System Integrators on New Products and Feedback on Existing running models

Collaboration & Market Insights

• Communicate with Sales team, management and product development on competition & Product enhancement

• Installation and Commissioning of Biometric & access control and Door Interlock System
• Installations and Commissioning of Analog/IP Cameras, DVR, NVR, VMS
• Preparation of BOQ and AMC quotations
• Troubleshooting of CCTV, biometric access control, Fire alarm systems and after sale support
• Assigning and Configuration of all Control valves, pressure, level, flow, and temperature transmitters
• Preparing and Performing the Calibration as per the Schedule
• Attend the product trainings arranged by CCTV and other OEM's

• Installations and Commissioning of CCTV Systems (Analog/IP Cameras, DVR, NVR, VMS & Mobile App)
• Selection of Cameras, DVR, NVR depending upon Site requirement
• Installations and Commissioning of Bio Metric Access Control Systems
• Troubleshooting of CCTV, biometric access control, Fire alarm systems and after sale support
• Scheduling the service calls and attend after sale support
