Strategy & Vision Execution
Collaborate with leadership to execute the innovation strategy and roadmap, aligned with Digital Strategy & vision and overall company goals.
Lead Envision Workshops to brainstorm and identify potential AI use cases, building a robust project pipeline
Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle of AI and innovation initiatives, from ideation to delivery
Develop and manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure timely delivery.
Oversee pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives to test new ideas and technologies.
Collaborate with data scientists, architects, and engineers, to support the transition of prototypes into production and the subsequent scaling phase

European Union Deforestation Regulation (EUDR):

Lead a team of operators responsible for creating and managing the Due Diligence Statement.

Ensure timely creation and management of DDS, following the requirements of the EU Deforestation Regulation (EUDR).

Maintain accurate DDS process documentation

• Work independently as a portfolio leader and responsible for understanding the reporting & analytical needs across global procurement team and develop, execute a roadmap to maximize reporting capabilities and business insights
• Responsible for scaling the data function of 20+ countries as new projects are implemented and transform data into insights that inform strategy and decision making to support procurement team
• Guide the future direction of data strategy and processes, including intake, sources, database design and structure, data integrity and database tools
• Manage the sustainability analytics program for procurement globally
• Handle conversations with multiple member firm leaders, sustainability teams to understand their reporting & analytics needs, work to set emission targets, greenhouse emissions calculation, sustainability goals etc
• Guide Manager/DM to transform data and information into insights that inform high-level strategy and tactical decision-making in support of procurements process flow
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers to ensure information needs are formalized and understood and be conversant in the functional requirements for information exchange
• Oversee internal and external application/tool development, integration, and support
• Where required, supervise, and evaluate external data management tools
• Liaising with global member firms and their leaders to understand their reporting & analytical needs, and insights
• Implementing business intelligence and analytics solutions and gaining support of multiple stakeholders
• Guide M/DMs in Implementing formal data governance approach and increase the maturity of the enterprise data capability and environment
• Serve as primary client contact on all phases of the analytic project from problem definition through presentation, appropriately managing client expectations throughout the project
• Plan, organize, motivate, and control resources to achieve specified project goals and objectives while respecting defined constraints

• Doing industry analysis preparing presentations and manuals
• Developing and doing analysis of case studies by using secondary resources
• Evaluating book reviews (related to Managing value chain and consumer behavior)

• Providing financial solutions and research-based recommendations on Unit linked insurance products to the clients
• Bringing new clients into the system
