My journey began as a GET at ASBL SPIRE in March 2021, earning promotion to Quality Incharge within 16 months and personally overseeing the first flat handover. Today, as Quality Incharge/Manager at ASBL LOFT, I lead 20+ engineers managing quality across a 45-floor residential development with 4 basements, urban corridor, clubhouse, and non-tower facilities.
