With a strong foundation in civil construction QA/QC spanning 4+ years, I've built my career on a single principle: Quality is never negotiable, and progress is always achievable. My journey began as a GET at ASBL SPIRE in March 2021, earning promotion to Quality Incharge within 16 months and personally overseeing the first flat handover. Today, as Quality Incharge/Manager at ASBL LOFT, I lead 20+ engineers managing quality across a 45-floor residential development with 4 basements, urban corridor, clubhouse, and non-tower facilities. My signature achievements include developing a cost-effective concrete mix design that improved performance while reducing expenses, implementing a zero-rework culture through systematic quality protocols, training engineers at all levels to become confident decision-makers understanding long-term project consequences, and optimizing technical workflows through proficiency with AutoCAD and InnCircles(in house application, where we use it for coordinating work flow on site).I'm energized by challenges requiring both technical expertise and creative thinking, staying current with emerging technologies while maintaining uncompromising quality standards. My resilience-focused, holistic approach ensures every decision considers both immediate needs and future implications.
