Role and Responsibilities:
The PBO is supposed to receive the calls that one makes to the help. The PBO is supposed to verify the identity, if not already electronically done via IVR. Then the PBO listens to the customer complaint and resolve the same, based on the level of the issue. If the PBO cannot resolve the same in one call, then they escalate the same to higher officials and thus the issue gets resolved.
