Working as a Salesforce Marketing cloud developer for implementation and major process enhancement of marketing cloud.
Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, Support and Integration projects. Managing subscriber data, import & segmentation using a combination of salesforce confidential tools and database queries.
Configured automations using different activities to segment the data using SQL query within the Automation Studio.
Configured journeys using different activities within the Journey Builder and also using automation studio & contact builder.
Created Email templates in Content Builder and was responsible for email tracking. Developed and deployed A/B testing strategies to roll out the control version to be used in the final email campaign.
Worked on Emails & Newsletters content update using respective block data extensions. Displaying dynamic images & content based on subscribers preference namly movable links.
Personalization of emails & newsletters by displaying first name, or showing different content based on their preferences by accesing data from data extensions.Conditional content by showing different call-to-action buttons based on a subscribers data.
Creation on Brand SignUp Email & data extensions and apply filters and made random split based on the requirements, worked on voucher upload.
Have implemented event triggered API with journey builder and tested using postman & Worked on package manager for moving of blocks, data extensions, activities, etc between bussiness units.
