Project : Group PEP Management tool(GPMT) is to develop the financial crime risks associated with higher risk customers classified as Politically Exposed Persons. The tool will also manage cases related to High Risk Individuals and general High Risk Reporting

Responsibilities:

• Followed Agile Methodology in implementing the business requriments
• Worked on the Data Migration from V6 to V8 Application
• Worked with the Business Leads, and Business Analysts to define business requirements and given good demos to the clients
• Worked on PRPC User Interface development, Sections, Harnesses, Flow Actions and manual and Automated Cases creation
• Created Job Scheduler and Queue Processors and Properties based on the requirements.
• Coded various PRPC activities, data transforms, flows, flow actions, assignments, declarative rules.
• Followed PEGA Guardrails in implementation of the application.
• Performed unit, integration and user acceptance testing.
• Great experience in debugging application using PEGA Tracer tool, Clipboard, performance testing

Project: Bank wanted to automate their Debit Card Approval Process using PEGA 8. The Customer will call the Customer Service representative and request for a Debit card

Responsibilities:

• Worked on Error handling scenarios
• Worked on documentation of error handling scenarios
• Have attended multiple client and business delegation calls
• Having good knowledge on debugging skills with Tracer ,Clipboard,Live UI
• Debugging the live issues and provided the fix
• Extensively worked on Decision rules and Declarative rules.
